WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

For more information on fees, please send an email or fill out the contact form. I do not accept insurance; however, I can provide you with a statement and the codes necessary so that you may file for reimbursement with your insurance provider, which includes a mental disorder diagnosis. Should you decide to contact your insurance company about reimbursement rates, I am considered an out-of-network provider.
